Pros

Good pay scale, nice office

Cons

- Declining Culture - Used to be good place to work pre 2023 ... now seems to be a very different toxic place. - Lack of Accountability: Employees often suffer due to managerial inefficiencies. If you try to raise concerns about unfair treatment or exploitation, you’re likely to be labeled as “incompetent” or “negative,” rather than being heard. Favouritism & Poor Leadership: Many individuals in leadership roles seem to have advanced not because of merit, but due to their ability to manipulate and align closely with upper management. There is a noticeable lack of empathy towards junior employees. Sudden Layoffs: The company has recently initiated layoffs without prior notice, showing little regard or compassion for affected employees. Outdated Mindset: The management has now started operating with a service-based, time-tracking mentality. Productivity is measured by hours spent in the office rather than outcomes or efficiency. Inequality in office policies in Indian and UK/US offices. Discourages Questions: There is a top-down culture where questioning decisions or suggesting improvements is frowned upon. Employees are expected to follow directives without raising concerns.

Pros

Exposure to trading technologies. Good hands on learning, thanks to poor training structure.Good insurance

Cons

Delayed hikes, minimal bonus,no organisational growth, stubborn product leaders who worked on single products through their career and have no exposure to other products. Condescending behaviour from managers. Nobody knows what yearly goals are. 5 days in office with 9 hours log in time and this only applies to India offices. Outside India nobody cares. They provide 5 WFH days in a quarter and call it flexibility. 23 leaves altogether. Fancy ppt in townhall with zero meaning. India management is clueless. India operations head asked in a townhall on why employees need hikes. Believes that inflation is not a concern. Immature and undeserving people at the top who get offended when feedback is provided. Hiring in bulk from bunch of private universities and making new hires' life hell. Heard someone leadership team creating divisive comments about different geographies of country. Some experienced employees were threatened that they can be replaced with bunch of new graduates. This creates rift between employees. Morale is at the bottom. Always in silent lay off mode since few years. Leadership team thinks they are the ultimate bosses and pays no attention to ground level reality.

Pros

People are open to 'talk'

Cons

1. The LDP Rotation program is a hoax and a big lie - they promise rotation after an year, but there's no communication or notice of the same. 2. Zero communication between the various offices - it's as if one office is making rules for most of its locations. Senior Management of the other offices are not at all aware about what's happening, and get zero to no say in anything. 3. People are always open to 'talking and listening' but no one cares about you or your career - it's all a big lie. 4. No structure, no organisation at all - they will intake more people than required even though they have no idea what to do with the ones already there. 5. New joinees will be given better roles than what you are currently in, even though you have been working day-night off to prove your worth and get those positions.
