      ION - A big fraud !!

      Pros

      -Initial Hike & then you can take counter- offer & make your life easy. -Manager bossy attitude will help you in finding new opportunities. (LOL)

      Cons

      - Big NO in terms of learning. - Chance to work on 1960 technologies. - Lack of communication - They don't know what they are doing & why. -HR'S are for name sake - Managers are the ultimate rulers. -Senior will have an upper hand (even in having breakfast or lunch) -Work will be assigned to you at shift end. -Watch the clock rule at shift start & end.

      I got a free trip to Houston to interview (although they never ended up reimbursing me for meals and ubers even though they said they would)

      Cons

      Extremely unprofessional hiring process. I was given a verbal offer and told that my formal offer would be coming within the next week, then they ghosted me for 2 weeks. After that, they keep saying that they are still working on it. It's been almost 2 months and still no formal offer. Don't interview with this company unless you want your time wasted.
