Pros

The only perks we had, a competitive salary and a fruit on Thursdays before COVID, are gone.

Cons

This company has gotten much worse, dropping from just average in 2017 to bad in 2023, and now it's worse in 2025. This mess is all because of confusing leadership. A great example is the India Director who promised permanent flexibility in 2022, but has now completely reversed course, enforcing a tough 45-hour per week in-office mandate while blaming remote work for lost productivity, defying global trends toward hybrid models. This harsh rule demands excessive hours in the office and is compounded by a meager 23 days of annual leave, showing a deep disregard for work-life balance. When we ask for simple things to make the 45-hour week manageable (like food, travel support, or gym access), every single request is swiftly rejected with condescending arguments about how providing employee benefits is "not the company's core business." This shows they have no respect for the people they demand so much from.

Pros

They give good hikes until certain period of time.

Cons

Employees who are working in the company since the merger of the arora softwares into ION or are relatives of the director have captured the mid management and don't let good candidates to stay.

Pros

Salaries are competitive and Office location

Cons

The overall morale in the Bangalore office is currently poor, especially after a recent significant round of layoffs. There is no structured channel for employees to voice concerns up the chain to the CEO or senior global leadership. Communication remains top-down, with no space for bottom-up feedback or open dialogue. The Bangalore office is run by two directors and two senior HRs, closely aligned with Noida-based leadership. These leaders are reluctant to challenge decisions from the India MD office, resulting in lack of independent voice for the Bangalore team. Internal job mobility appears nonexistent or discouraged, and employees often feel trapped in fixed roles with no visibility into advancement opportunities. There is also no communication of a long-term vision for the Bangalore office, leaving many employees disengaged and uncertain about the future.
