      Pros

      Most of my co-workers are dedicated to their jobs. A team spirit is always present.

      Cons

      For US workers the company does not match the 401K contributions. Too often, people are fired for budgetary reasons. CEO is arrogant. I feel senior management is out of touch with the staff, and the customers. My wife's health plan is better than what ION provides.

      Pros

      Not alot to recommend. Some of the people are good folk.

      Cons

      CEO and CFO are horrible managers. I can't even call them leaders as that would imply people follow them willingly. They will stab you in the back quicker than look at you. There is a huge amount of micro management andeverything is a fire drill. They want everything NOW. Their internal processes are ridiculously poor and the CEO and CFO are both among the worst bullies I've come across. There is next to zero respect for boundaries and long hours are a must. Mid December 2023, Senior Management sent a short, curt email demanding everyone work from the office 5 days a week starting 1 January 2024. The place is run on emotion, usually very negative emotion. Steer well clear of ION.

      They offer good payment in the industry, but takes a lot in return

      Cons

      Lots: - They snatched the work flexibility in a minute by forcefully calling employees to office for 5 days. - Management is really poor, it looks like a ring master is running this company specially in India with stick in his hand with arrogant attitude. - Don't think about its employees at all, no direction given, growth is minimal. If you are passionate about working from office, only then you can grow,otherwise they think no one is working from home.
