No clear path to advancement in career, management not very open to negative feedback even if it is constructive. Top executives just want people to keep their heads down and do their work, meanwhile, the competition is poaching our talent left and right.

Cons

ION acquires other companies, and reduces headcount through layoffs, and not backfilling positions, letting attrition do the work for them. Result is more work for the remaining staff.
