1) pay is decent (though now competitive offers are present in market so cannot say as paymaster now) 2) people are helpful and nice 3) good healthy work life balance

Cons

1) technology in many teams is still old, rely on desktop applications so growth is limited in these teams as era currently is more of web and mobile scalable applications. 2) should provide atleast free food to there employees as this now have become so intrinsic in other good product based companies
