      Opportunities to cover some of the most interesting situations in finance

      Cons

      No clear path to advancement in career, management not very open to negative feedback even if it is constructive. Top executives just want people to keep their heads down and do their work, meanwhile, the competition is poaching our talent left and right.

      Pros

      Great view from the NYC office. Had a great team which is why I stayed so long (over 12 years).

      Cons

      No direction, no transparency, no communication from leadership, bonuses cut, and now mass layoffs.
