Very catty/toxic work environment - don’t work here if you don’t plan on kissing up even if your work is up to par .. people leave ALL THE TIME (in clusters), if someone doesn’t like you, you’re out .. instead of constructive criticism, you will be bullied and talked down on (publicly and behind your back)

Their business model is to acquire smaller companies and strip them of anything valuable, then dismantle everything that was good about them despite promising they won’t do that. Management lies constantly. Performance reviews are algorithm based and compare employees in the same departments against each other despite having vastly different job functions. Garbage health insurance. Will find any excuse not to give raises or bonuses. Faceless billionaire owner/CEO that will work from the comfort of his private Caribbean island while he forces everybody else to come back to the office. Decisions are only made at the last minute to avoid emergencies when they could be planned months in advance. Bureaucratic mess. The epitome of late stage capitalistic greed.
