      Pros

      I loved the company I worked before they were acquired by ION; so I guess a pro would be providing perspective on how great something used to be. Talent retention and morale are major issues so just showing up makes you seem like a superstar in comparison.

      Cons

      Bonuses withheld with no notice. Zero visibility is given into plans for the future leaving everyone in limbo. There is no thought or care given to your thousands of employees. Stay away!

      Pros

      Most coworkers are nice, and the benefits are good.

      Cons

      Horrible company that simply makes baffling decisions that make no sense at all. If you are with a company that gets acquired by iON, update your resume and start looking immediately. The will blow a lot of smoke for a few months and then lay off over 60 - 70% of your company. Get out fast. iON is not a company that you want on your resume at all....

      High expectations of staff but no respect for them whatsoever. Fear culture. Staff not paid on time.
