      Toxic, bullying culture with NO WOMEN in any senior management jobs. A dead end.

      Remote working is the only pro.

      Cons

      If your company is acquired, it's dead. ION is not a tech company but a financial engineering scheme to extract money for the CEO and his investors. Company culture is poisonous, bullying and the management chaotic and stuck in the 1970's - and there are no women in any senior management positions.

      Unfortunately not too many pros! Global business experiences Smart teammates

      CEO does not trust anybody but himself Does not know how to grow revenue as they don't understand or appreciate sales and marketing Product strategy is confused and conflicted People are treated horribly (laid off on New Years Eve by e-mail as one example!)

      Joining. This is not a financial software platform supplier, it is a financial engineering company setup for the benefit of the owner and hardly anyone else. There about 8 other highly paid managers who have no power, and you can tell who they are because they are always yawning and look like they will fall asleep at any moment having worked 17 hours days for as long as they can remember. The company is completely dysfunctional.
