Pros

Great salary, genius people, lots of resources and perks especially when starting out, programs for new hires, great company culture and work/life balance

Cons

sometimes missing a "cool" factor, which is fine but may be just me. A lot of back end people are very entrenched in the old ways and would rather not use cutting edge methods and tools. A lot of learning, which is good, but hard to feel like one is contributing for a while. And though the culture is great, sometimes it can be so positive that it can feel a bit too "brainwashy" if you know what I mean.
