Pros

- free snacks - great caring company-wide community (slack channels for common interests) - on-site gym, frequent company events

Cons

- recently started making big cuts like gym staff and quality of events - increasing encroachment on work-life balance - no new hires in Canada, while half the team left the company - stacked ranking policy

Pros

Earlier it used to be stable product and job security now that also is not there

Cons

Every year they mandatorily categories the employees into top 15%, 70% core and bottom 15%. And put the bottom 15% in PIP for six months and then force them to resign. And then hire again and repeat the process every year, now nobody can work with peace, everyone is involved in politics, how to take credit and avoid bottom 15%. Even managers agree that although they see everyone in their team perfoming but they have to put some one forcefully in bottom 15%
