Pros

- Great wlb (work-life balance) - Kind, knowledgeable, and friendly colleagues and managers - Flexible hours - Relatively good benefits

Cons

- A lot of the systems are a mess - Executives have a resistance to new ideas - layoffs happen - There is a lack of proper training and proper documentation (In a lot of the cases, people who worked on a certain feature have left the firm and noone knows how they did it and there is no proper documentation for it) - No stock options - No RRSP match - Extremely tedious promotion/raise process - No fully remote option at the time of writing this
