Pros

If you have a good manager the worklife balance is pretty good. It's a huge company and the little people can have an impact locally on things. In general a safe reliable place to work as long as you do your job.

Cons

The company is only focused on cutting the major expense which is salaries of employees, limiting commission payouts with unachievable profit and revenue numbers. this drives shareholder value as the expense line looks good. Too bad moral is not good in especially the hardware side of the business.

Pros

The pay is mediocre, but better than a lot of other mall jobs - benefits, same deal. Job security is non-existent because although it requires a lot of training and memorization, the turn-over rate is ridiculous. Promotions and raises are a joke- people become underhanded and nasty when sales are concerned and only numbers count. It really is a combination of luck and a little skill when it comes to this company and sales. The products are marked up ridiculously high and people are paying for what they think is a novelty.

Cons

Job performance reviews can be stressful, especially when you feel that you are being criticized for your work methods and manner. Responding in a thoughtful, objective and proactive manner to a job performance review will make the experience a positive one for you and for the future of your job. If you take the attitude that you can learn from a performance review, you'll grow even better within your chosen field of work. Always keep in mind that the way that you respond to a performance review says a lot about your character and influences the next review.
