Been at Honeywell for a while. Upper management has made it clear that they don't care about their employees. Now, it's looking like they don't care about customers either. Only the shareholders matter. Make a profit however you can: cut jobs, cut benefits. Used to be a good place to work. Now, everyone I know is looking to leave. There are no career opportunities here. Rapid turnover. Very top heavy management. Voice of the Employee survey points out issues that management expects its EMPLOYEES to fix! Avoid this sh__show at all costs!

Large company and pay is decent.

Cons

No respect for work-life balance. They will work you all hours of the day and through the weekends. Management is incompetent and bullies. There are no standard processes or training. Over 100% turnover within a year because anyone with talent leaves. If you want to make your life miserable and ruin your career, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, work somewhere else.

Political environment is insufferable. Zero training for new hires is apparent and is hurting the company big time. We create tons of internal issues and roadblocks because no one knows what they are doing, to the point I spend ~85% time fixing self created issues. Culture is worst I’ve ever experienced, unsure if it could be worse. Daily email traffic with internal coworkers is surprisingly combative, we virtually fight with each other. “Relationships” with suppliers are toxic and don’t exist. Executive leadership is clearly unqualified and overpaid. If your young, talented and looking to be recognized, RUN. Management is on the moon when it comes to recognizing talent and a job well done. You will not move up unless you conform to the stupid political environment. I don’t recommend anyone to work here.
