Pros

Flexibility with schedule, can work from home.

Cons

Promotes “we’re a family” environment while laying off employees without giving feedback as to how certain employees were selected over others. Did not seem performance based IMO. Management fails to provide communication. HR provides inaccurate information during severance package review and states you cannot collect unemployment until after you have exhausted your severance payout which is completely untrue. No room for growth there as well.

Pros

Good exposure to technology. Company has some highly skilled IT professionals.

Cons

Some people in top management don’t deserve to be at leadership level as they are always looking out for their personal gains. They would stoop down to any level for that, even go down the illegal paths. Female staff is not treated well especially during pregnant and new mother phase. They are forced to leave the company by randomizing their priority and pretentious games.

Horrible Hours

Pros

Management is trying. They want to improve employee satisfaction. Revenue is growing - always easier to be in a growing company than a shrinking company.

Cons

They have implemented a "Speed to Market" program in Product Development and Operations. They are trying to bring product to market faster by increasing the amount of communications. What it means is meetings at 7 am and 8 pm on the same day are normal, and occurring multiple times per week. And everyone's time is spent in meetings rather than completing their tasks. Product Development and Operations is under staffed and under resourced, and management doesn't want to admit it.
