Opportunity to travel and meet new people.

Cons

The company operates via email and constant fire drills. You have to be connected every second of the day, and any delay in response of more than 5 minutes is seriously frowned upon. Nobody talks, just emails. Nepotism runs rampant and the only company in the world you can achieve VP status with no college degree. Management is unorganized and makes lots of promises with no follow-up.

The parking is free and the products are free.

Cons

The IT Department has been moved to India. The US based IT Department is 95% H1b and will be 100% H1b soon. The place is a sweatshop with an expectation that you will work hours of uncompensated overtime. Avoid this place unless you are from Bangalore or AP. The Indian Management style is brutal and nasty. Many meetings that are completely unnecessary.
