Pros

Competitive benefit packages and salaries Disconts in product and merchandise and other perks Discretionary work from home Onsite gym and health training opportunities

Cons

Cronyism and favoritism at its finest! Top heavy organization with a minimal number of personnel at the workforce level Limited upward mobility; hiring from within is never an option Poor management practices drive away talent, encourage micromanagement and increase workload Poor internal communications; serious email and meetings dependency Bureaucratic, no work-life balance at the workforce level Inefficient training; most staff have to learn by trial and error “This is the way we’ve always done it” attitude High turnover rate due to disproportionate numbers of contractors vs. regular staff

Pros

Provides Decent salary and benefits

Cons

The IT department is disproportionate in hiring American workers VS Indians from India. Thos is blatant cronyism and is ignored by senior management. In fact a VERY high ranking individual in IT was asked to resign in 2017 as this came to light that kickback is were being made to several well placed directors and above. Since then the practice e went underground for awhile but still persists shoving out well deserved ing american labor. Management in IT from top to bottom practice this unfair a d illegal hiring practice. Front line managers are uneducated and incompetent practicing intimidation and bullying of workers instead ofeading them.
