Can be busy, good to get secure In. Cutting skills. Fast paced

Cons

Franchisee favoritism and inconsistent policies. Low pay for job . Benefits are not available . Hard to make decent money if I cut to slow they take from you if you cut to fast they cap your commission. Leaders who do well and their teams aren't aknowledged enough. Depending on the franchisee is dependent upon your time there. A manager position consumes your life

Pros

I have been a stylist for almost 10 years. I've done it all, including being an educator. I can honestly say working for great clips has been a surprisingly wonderful experience. My current franchise owner as well as my area and general manger are great people with my best interest in mind. I am great full to be a part of this team. I like the concept of a quick affordable haircut with amazing customer service and that's exactly what greatclips provides.

Cons

Staffing is sometimes difficult. So come join our team!!

Ive been working for the company for 16 years. Ive been a manager for 4 years .the owner and gereral manager are great to work for! They offer alot of incentives. Flexanle hours
