Great work atmostsphere, caring for our customers and fellow stylists, the best suport team, Pleasant enviroment, between the clientelle and the staff I can not wait to get to work most days.

Cons

The only true down side was when I first got hired on and was told it would not be a set schedule, it took a ew weeks to get use to that.

I have worked for Great Clips off and on since 1996 and have always come back. They are a good company to work for.

Pros

They have continued training and it goes for CEU hours. They pay more than most competitors and usually work with your schedule. They also pay commission on a daily basis unlike competitors. There are great opportunities to move up with this company. They also focus on the clients expectations.

Cons

I feel as if the owners need to be a little more understanding. My owners are great, but since they are not hairstylist themselves they don't understand the business as much as stylist do. I have worked for owners who are not nearly as understanding as mine are, but I've worked for competitors who really don't understand or care to understand. They just care about how much money you're going to make them.
