It's a place I have to make my self go to. Pay is fair considering we get hourly pay. Productivity is not so good.

Pay is fair. Some of the girls I work with are ok. either than that that's all I have.

Management is AWFUL... Nothing there is fair. It's all about who runs the place and that is it. Anyone else DOES NOT matter..

no sick days...if your kids get sick or if you get sick you have to find a replacement...if no one is available you get written up.

This is not a review, but a commentary on Great Clips' weak response about each store being independently owned, and for people to submit their grievances to the local store. Great Clips - guess what? THAT IS THE PROBLEM. You need to intervene with your franchisees and get them on board - don't just transfer the blame somewhere else. Horrible corporate support on display for everyone who reads Glassdoor to see.
