Pros

Great company! I have been with them for over 18 years. They offer a guaranteed hourly pay, a flexible schedule, opportunities to grow, paid holiday and vacations, and a nice benefit package. I have been able to juggle my family with work and I have a huge support system.

Cons

There hasn't been many. Sometimes scheduling can be an issue but everyone tries to help out so everyone can be able to attend family events. It's a give and take situation.

Cons

There are NONE! Never have I worked for a company that was more in tune with their employees

Location,Franchises(owners are amazing),offers insurance(medical,dental,eyes,long/short term disability),Hourly wage,tips,productivity,you get a % of products you sale,paid vacations,training(CE hours),wage review twice a year(yay),great hours(Monday-Friday 9-9,Saturday 8-6,Sunday 10-5),Great Area Managers, and so much more!! They offer full and part time position. July 4th, Easter, Thanksgiving, New Years Day, and Christmas we are closed! Other holidays we close early(not all). Annual Awards Ceremony and Family Picnic.. Annual Greatclips Haircut Sale(exciting time)

Cons

No chemicals(some Greatclips do perms) but you don't have to worry about color correction and you don't have the same person in your chair hours at a time!
