They work and work and work you until you drop. Redundancy in just doing one haircut after another. You are productive but it's not fulfilling work. Not the best clientele and have they no consideration by standing over stylists or getting too close. A "get what you pay for " attitude with some stylists. Shift work makes your schedule unpredictable on a daily basis where schedules were changed with no notice. The pay is very low especially for the amount of work that's expected. It's assembly line work. The reward for hard work is that you get to work harder and harder. There is no reward for selling their prepaid cards, being a high producer or going the extra mile. No work life balance due to too erratic of a schedule and rarely do you get any weekend day off. No color services are offered.
