Pros

You get paid to do what you love! This is the best opportunity for stylist who are serious and their careers. The franchisees are great! The expectations are attainable and it's a fun environment.

Cons

There really are none. If you're a complainer of life then I'm sure there will be never be any positive words about this brand.

I love working for great clips because I'm can always work and make money. I don't have to just sit there and not get paid great company and lots of money to be made

Need more stylists to work at this great place

great way to learn a lot of technique and there is always a clientele so you can slowly build your own clientele

Cons

unable to take a normal vacation around holiday times
