Pros

they pay there was great, they were a good company, easy money and great training, they always offered incentives for selling product

Cons

they weekdays were sometimes slow when it came to customer flow, the tips were good but the commissions were not always very good, i wish they would have paid more in commission

You pay more attention to your time on a haircut than you can the actual haircut

Pros

Its a fast paced work environment so you are always guaranteed to make some money. You are able to have a flexible work schedule. The bonus plan is one of the best I have ever had.

Cons

It can be hard finding great stylists to fill positions.
