Pros

no need for clientele, walkins only, no appts, no color is done at great clips, so it makes it easy and convrinient for people to come in and get a cut

Cons

some great clips still offer perms, and they are open until 9pm, and 7 days a week...they have a lot of reports to learn

Pros

Great Clips is the business of opportunity. They have so much to offer as a stylist. They provide on-going education, lots of different incentives to make more money, insurance, 401k's, and more. There is also opportunity to grow as far as your heart desires. You also don't have to worry about building a clientele or scheduling appointments, the customers will come and their is no appointment necessary! Great Clips also works together like a family! We come together to share ideas and grow as a whole. They definitely value their employees!

Cons

Some say color but I don't miss doing it. I love haircutting and as often as you do them you get so good at it. Its lots of practice and is doesn't take nearly as much time as color does. You get to serve more customers and touch more lives by making them feel better about themselves!
