Pros

Good Customer foot traffic, fair amount of income and tips, offers a decent training course. Salons are kept neat and clean

Cons

Management is horrible and there is more gossip, rumors and unprofessionalism than any other salon. The new manager and I started on the same day, were working together for 4 months and she did not like me. There is obvious favoritism and unprofessionalism on how certain situations are handled. I was told I was asking for too much help and every time I would ask my manager for help. She would roll her eyes and sigh in front of the customers. If I got a redo, she would enter it in the system, but not hers. She threw her redo customer service forms away. So unbelievably unprofessional and actually an embarrassment for a job. Open until 9 at night on the week days which is ridiculous. Hardly anyone comes in for a hair cut last 6-7. Ruins your productivity.
