Pros

I have been a stylist for 12 years and I have worked in commission salons and rental. I can tell you I have never made as much money working anywhere as I have working at great clips. Not only that great clips has opportunity to grow and move up. Even jobs that take you off of the cutting floor ( if that's what you want) like trainers or marketing jobs. I have worked for great clips for 6 years now and I'll never leave. I love great clips and great clips makes me feel loved ( well appreciated at least lol)

Cons

They keep chocolate in the training center all ways so if your watching your weight it's really hard to resist. Lol. Seriously though that's the only con I can think of.

Pros

Tips daily, meet different people every day. Sometimes you're lucky enough to work with a group of girls that work well together and get along (very rare)

Cons

Long hours of standing on your feet, 30 min breaks, poor health benefits, tips aren't guaranteed for all the hard work you do.
