Pros

fast money, clientele provided, hourly pay plus tips.

Cons

always under or overstaffed. cannot take clients with you even if they were only coming to you by request for years. you are very replaceable and staffn is always changing. managers only care about numbers and franchisees are just names that you never meet. also the amount of customers you do you end up losing what you could have made if you were comission because productivity drops at the end of night shift so you slave for minimum wage

Pros

Good coworkers at my my location, no drama! You don’t need your own clientele with the amount of walk ins they have. Days go by quickly. Close early on weekends.

Cons

When it’s busy it can be very stressful, they time EVERYTHING. No consistent schedules, we work most weekends. $7.99 sales are ridiculous.
