Pros

fast money, clientele provided, hourly pay plus tips.

Cons

always under or overstaffed. cannot take clients with you even if they were only coming to you by request for years. you are very replaceable and staffn is always changing. managers only care about numbers and franchisees are just names that you never meet. also the amount of customers you do you end up losing what you could have made if you were comission because productivity drops at the end of night shift so you slave for minimum wage

We appreciate that you were a member of a great team. Franchisees and managers work hard to staff the salons for busy customer traffic while still taking into account a work/life balance.

Pros

Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

Cons

Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
