Pros

Always leave with money in your pocket and still get an hourly paycheck. Plus the people I work with are easy to get along with

Cons

Salon closes at 9 during the week. Is open 9-7 on Saturday. And is open 10-6 on Sunday, so you work all weekend

Pros

Great clips has a wonderful system of operation. They set you up with the customer base and you deliver the brand. It's a household name!

Cons

If the store is staffed correctly there are no cons to working with great clips. Your franchisese should give you every thing you need to succeed in your career.

If your off they could call you any time if someone calls in and expect you to fill in asap
