Regarding work life balance, it is important that you address that with your manager directly as global roles have a tendency to include off hour calls occasionally/weekly. It is important to manage this properly. Also, your headquarters for Finance comment is confusing. Finance Operations and accounting is primarily based there, but there are plenty of finance folks elsewhere in other areas. Regarding middle management....we just ran an employee survey, all managers are responsible to review and share the results. They will see input from their staff and must make appropriate adjustments. Thanks for your comments
