Pros

-Decent health insurance / benefits -Yearly bonus -work from home option in some areas -

Cons

Management gives pressure to innovate and share ideas and end up doing whatever the hell they want. Employees are not motivated correctly and they don't really want to know what your problems are, just make sure you get to work and work. All in all the benefits are the reason I don't leave but its tiresome to work for a company that's not very well organized and a bit hypocritical which is understandable based on IBM mgmt and being replaced w/chinese new generation mgmt... many managers promote the lower end employees to be able to get rid of them and hold back the good ones and won't allow progress.

Pros

Absolutely love my team, people, culture, and work events. Genuinely I can't think of any cons. 3 days in-person, 2 days remote. Best work life balance ever, and great pay. Even intern benefits are amazing

Cons

None that I can think of

Pros

Interesting work, good benefits, talented colleagues

Cons

Terrible manager behavior, terrible work-life balance, with no recourse or support for employees. I joined and quickly found that the ED I reported to had no experience in the area he oversaw, would not listen to anyone who had experience, was mean to his team members, and set wildly unrealistic expectations without any clear direction or consistency. Bullying, meanness and pointless criticism were the norm, while leadership was completely lacking. And if you work on the Digital Transformation team, expect to spend from 8PM-11PM at night and early morning on calls, with little regard for sleep or work-life balance. The worst part was finding out that the HR team was already well aware of all these problems with my ED (the two other managers under him quit), and the leadership team had no intention of making any changes. So disappointing.
