      Almost everything - cannot recruit a single qualified candidate with this horrendous business model

      Good pay, interesting projects to work on, good colleagues

      Cons

      A person's experience greatly impacted by the leadership his/her team is under. Generally, there's a solid culture in spite of high demands. The wrong leadership chain create toxicity that even great pay and bonuses can't overcome
