      The people in Chicago are amazing and I learned so much from them over the years.

      Cons

      Being owned by Lenovo is very difficult when you're working in the US. The senior leadership doesn't understand what it takes to succeed outside of China.

      A person's experience greatly impacted by the leadership his/her team is under. Generally, there's a solid culture in spite of high demands. The wrong leadership chain create toxicity that even great pay and bonuses can't overcome
