Pros

Great team, loyal and hardworking

Cons

Very weak HR leader - resulting in poor support for managers and team, consistent failure to deliver as promised. Lack of significance placed on back office functions, instead huge sales drive and focus. Consistent feelings of neglect amongst team members outside of sales - no funds for team meetings, team events etc whilst sales have constant succession of rewards that are publicly highlighted - need to balance this much better or at least help managers maintain motivation in non sales functions! Pressure to deliver more, more, more with constantly reducing staff levels and resources. Extremely poor work life balance for managers and team Work from home initiative to support work/life balance not supported AT ALL by all functional leaders! Lack of trust... Good salary / bens when joining but becomes quite static for all employees once you're in the company, very difficult for management to reward employees sufficiently and therefore impossible to retain top talent

Pros

Interesting work, good benefits, talented colleagues

Cons

Terrible manager behavior, terrible work-life balance, with no recourse or support for employees. I joined and quickly found that the ED I reported to had no experience in the area he oversaw, would not listen to anyone who had experience, was mean to his team members, and set wildly unrealistic expectations without any clear direction or consistency. Bullying, meanness and pointless criticism were the norm, while leadership was completely lacking. And if you work on the Digital Transformation team, expect to spend from 8PM-11PM at night and early morning on calls, with little regard for sleep or work-life balance. The worst part was finding out that the HR team was already well aware of all these problems with my ED (the two other managers under him quit), and the leadership team had no intention of making any changes. So disappointing.
