      Fliexible working time. Good working mood in GP. Most people are nice.

      Cons

      GP group in TDC is downsizing, and for CSP group, there will be a lot of things and flow worse than ODMs, and most team is keeping themselves safe, not doing project.

      I love working here and making a difference. Direct leadership seem to care and we have been growing tremendously.

      Absolutely love my team, people, culture, and work events. Genuinely I can't think of any cons. 3 days in-person, 2 days remote. Best work life balance ever, and great pay. Even intern benefits are amazing
