      An innovative company that adapts quickly to changes and customer needs. Reasonable opportunity to grow vertically or horizontally if one is flexible to expand their career in different directions.

      Cons

      Some management are not on the ground failing to understand the operation by demanding outcome that may not be possible to achieve easily.

      Pros

      Absolutely love my team, people, culture, and work events. Genuinely I can't think of any cons. 3 days in-person, 2 days remote. Best work life balance ever, and great pay. Even intern benefits are amazing

      Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
