In addition to having 1:1 discussions with your manager, it is important to us that you participate in our regular CEO Q&A sessions so your voice is heard and the leadership team is aware of the challenges employees face at work. Through these sessions, employees are encouraged to ask questions and have open discussions on challenges they face at work, along with providing feedback so we can improve the way we work. Fully remote. One of the nicest teams/people that I’ve ever worked with. Great work life balance.

Constant reorgs and layoffs. Tight budget for promotions.
