      Pros

      This is the only real international Dutch bank that can offer you a somewhat exciting career path within the bank.

      Cons

      Bank tends to trip over itself with too often reshuffling of strategy. In the international arena, ING is a little bit less competitive usually down to lack of commercial motivation, risk appetite.
