      Pros

      Working with young, passionate, and dedicated people who really believe in the Eataly manifesto is a great benefit. Its still a young and growing company with lots of opportunity for upside. Getting 20% off most items and restaurants is a pretty great perk as well.

      Still getting better organized in HR and some other areas.

      Pros

      Decent community and work environment, huge team so you’ll definitely meet some interesting people. Good for gaining early experience in the restaurant industry

      Cons

      Volume is unpredictable and inconsistent, so you have to be prepared to either be in the weeds with minimal assistance from management or ready to idle for 3 hours with two walk-ins per hour and no reservations. And the tourists are exceptionally insufferable here
