Don't waste your time working for EATALY! - Anonymous employee Eataly Employee Review

Management!! Before my interview I searched for some reviews on EATALY through here, most reviews worst than others, but I chose to ignore those comments and still went on for my interview at EATALY. I figured those negative reviews have to do with working on the floor in the actual supermarket, I thought to myself corporate shouldn't be bad as bad as what these employees are saying. but i was WRONG, corporate is just as bad, if anything worst. The training was horrible! The ambiance and overall feel to everyone is off and grey and grainy. Your lucky enough to find some co-workers who aren't snobby and prissy. As for the managers, totally sexist, rude, totally unprofessional and unfair. They will welcome you and still chew you up and spit you out as if nothing seems to matter. I would not recommend this company. Literally listen to these reviews and turn away. Don't waste your time. A *2.7* rating I mean come on, they're obviously not doing something right.
