Pros
You get some solid knowledge on wine and cuisine. There's a ton of product, and the hourly staff is awesome. My coworkers are amazing. The only reason most of us stay is because we all get on well with each other. I honestly think this place could be 5 stars but for the stuff I say below.
Cons
Good management is disappearing like mad. But the management that stays sucks. Clearly, the issue is coming from the higher up managers because you don't go through that many managers so quickly if your leaders are actually good at what they do. Scheduling and hiring is questionable. Training is weird too. It's as if management doesn't know who is doing what and people are just pawns. We have lost so many good managers to one incompetent one at the top of the area. You can only coach people so much and that manager just doesn't cut the mustard. Good workers get used and not acknowledged, especially as short staffed as we are. The manager that is a problem also targets people they probably think make them look bad only because that person is good at their job. I worry for incoming hires.
