      Was great at first. Making people smile and feeling welcomed.

      Cons

      The hours. The management. I remember working six shifts and still clocked out at 39 hours. I trained my managers and supervisors just for them to destroy my moral and outlook on the business.

      Pros

      Decent community and work environment, huge team so you’ll definitely meet some interesting people. Good for gaining early experience in the restaurant industry

      Cons

      Volume is unpredictable and inconsistent, so you have to be prepared to either be in the weeds with minimal assistance from management or ready to idle for 3 hours with two walk-ins per hour and no reservations. And the tourists are exceptionally insufferable here
