Thank you for writing this review. We appreciate it that you have decided to look back on the time you have worked for our company in Shanghai. It is good to hear that you worked in a collaborative and supportive team and that you found the processes and guidelines clear and well-established. We of course regret that your experience has not been as rewarding as you had hoped in terms of career progression, as we believe in creating a workplace with many opportunities to grow and develop. Your feedback is valuable to us and has been noted. We wish you all the best with everything you do next. The Booking.com team

Pros

People are great, I have created amazing connections and friendships along the way. Fun work environment we work hard but are able to play harder. Global reach, often connecting with people around the world.

Cons

Not much mobility and constant change. Hard to be stable in that kind of environment. Many times the plan is not fully complete before expecting execution and very siloed creating duplication of effort and work.
