Pros

The pay is generally good, even though servers are kept at minimum wage. Most of the money comes from tips.

Cons

Terrible working environment. Managers are rude and absolutely unconcerned with the well-being and safety of their employees. The staff in the kitchen regularly violates a number of hygiene rules.
