Pros

The event staff is great except for Maria, our sales manager. She has a pleasant facade but can be very difficult to work with and downright rude at times.

Cons

Some of the management really sucks but HR does an ok job

Toxic environment

Pros

Able to make a decent money if full time (including tips). 20% of discount storewide. Easy shift swapping on the app. Peers are kind and hard working.

Cons

High turnover rate. Not the worst place on earth but there's a lot to improve. The manager knows nothing about operational and don't understand staff needs. Super busy environment all the time. Rude customers. People from the office lacks respect and humility when they come to purchase something. To keep good mental health while working you have to ignore all those facts everyday and just keeping doing your job. That’s unfortunate.
