Pros

Few people who work as cook or prep in the central kitchen on Bloor are very nice. But when it comes to management... that's where the problem abide.

Cons

Low salary, harassment and management that treats you like you know nothing and you are nobody. Unless you are a white Canadian you won't be promoted. Period. And be very careful if you try to make the HR aware of the problems there, because the management will wait for few months and then fire you without a reasonable explanation (aka "vengeance"). I don't give 5 years for this place to be shut down.
