Pros

Ton's of staff classes to help you sell their products. These are always occupied by the same 15 people that use them to get out of doing actual work. Brand recognition will get you interviews when realize it's time to leave.

Cons

The owners, partners, and senior management are all very affluent. Unless you are too, don't expect to climb the ladder too high here. All of the non corporate employees have hour plus commutes because they can't afford anything closer.

Pros

The best reason to work here is that other people want to come visit the store, so your friends and family will pay you some visits.

Cons

-out of touch management -company run without any strategy- to decide what to do they go based on what they "feel" rather than any research -horrible company atmosphere- people crying daily -everyone knows most people want to leave their jobs -management gets around 30k salaries and spend their entire lives at the store -defensive GMs -basically kept running because a rich man owns the company. this branch makes no money.

Very slow except weekends.

Pros

Great place to learn about Italian food and wine.

Cons

The company is really cheap. They only give a 20% discount to employees on food and 10% on wine. They have one restroom for 700 employees to use. They offer insurance but its so pathetic that most buy their own. Mangers have to work 9 hour shifts and have to pay for any meals that they eat. And you don't make enough money there to buy anything they sell. The only time they are busy with exception of pizza and Pasta is on weekends.
