I work with a great team. My direct managers are Fantastic. I've been able to learn a lot and experience new things.

Cons

Eataly Las Vegas is a part of MGM and I think MGM management has tried to stick their nose in too many times, nor have they done enough for their furloughed employees during the pandemic.

Cons

Stated mission and reality don't match, huge gap in treatment of customers and employees, inconsistent management--some truly great, some pretty incompetent. Lack of vision from leadership.
